My artistry celebrates life, that which is the highest and unavoidable mystery of our maker. Parallel to life, divinity has placed time as one of God’s creations in which man enters and exits. Man’s existence in time is my definitive in reflection: my quest for recollection, expression and love of humanity.
I confirm that art improves life and surreptitiously weaves, step by step, the movement of material culture thus creating one spectacular creation of which is life itself. Only the soul of art can triumph over changing times. My obligation, goal and destiny through my art, is to strive for human dignity and freedom. This struggle is validated through the freedom to build on hope that is defined, though not explained, and yet expressed through pastures of galloping horses.
Through this first phase on the cycle of Man, Civilization and Horse, I make my contribution into the vast oceans, of human struggle and knowledge that have evolved throughout the centuries. The struggle is difficult but there is no greater challenge: the creative scenes of the past are represented in harmony with the present and future, depicting a hymn of many voices of which I am proud to have a contribution. I begin to understand more clearly the words of Master Francisco Goya: “I have three great instructors: Velasquez, Rembrandt and Nature”. Nature and these men of great knowledge and inherent instinct, continually guide me through my artistic adventures. GEORGI
Now I am moving into a new phase of exploration in my work on canvas. I call it “Quantum Realism”. Perhaps this new phase represents the pinnacle in the application of all my years of exploration, observation and intense study as an Artist: the ceaseless river of dialogue flowing between line, form, light and colour in one symbiotic atmosphere giving rise to perpetual transformation – the unity of our world and Cosmos in one tectonic flow. I feel this is a time of radiant illumination given to me by the great Creator to accomplish my creative mission. I am beginning to understand the language of the message and feel as if I am slowly climbing toward my zenith. The ideas are maturing and I am now able to share them.
If I were born a God I would paint with Light, but I am born of man and I paint with colour and creative obsession.
